777jy Platform Rules
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 777jy platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 777jy. Please read every section carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering and using 777jy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
Definitions
The following terms, when used throughout this document, carry the meanings defined below. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations under this agreement.

| Bonus Funds | Promotional credits awarded to a Player's account by 777jy, which are subject to the wagering requirements and conditions described in Section 5 of these Terms & Conditions. |
| Wager / Bet | Any real-money stake placed by a Player on a casino game, live dealer table, sportsbook event, or any other betting product available on the 777jy platform. |
| Prohibited User | Any person who is under 18 years of age, or who is otherwise ineligible to use the platform as described in Section 2 of these Terms & Conditions. |
| Withdrawal | A transfer of real-money funds from a Player's 777jy balance to a payment method registered in that Player's name, subject to verification and processing requirements. |
| KYC | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by 777jy to confirm a Player's eligibility before processing withdrawals or awarding bonuses. |
| Self-Exclusion | A voluntary restriction mechanism by which a Player requests that 777jy suspend or permanently close their account for a defined period to support responsible gambling. |
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to open and maintain an account on 777jy, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- Age: You are 18 years of age or older. For players in Bangladesh, this aligns with the national legal age threshold for participation in adult entertainment activities.
- Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- Single Account: You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, any other active or suspended 777jy account registered in your name, using your identification documents, or associated with your payment methods.
- Own Identity: You are registering using your own true identity and will not impersonate any other person or use another person's personal information, payment methods, or identity documents at any stage.
- Not a Prohibited User: You are not classified as a Prohibited User under these Terms & Conditions and have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the platform.
- Personal Use Only: You are registering and using 777jy for your own personal entertainment purposes only and are not acting on behalf of any third party, commercial entity, or affiliate.
777jy reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.
777jy employs automated monitoring tools to identify accounts suspected of being operated by persons under the age of 18. Where such suspicion arises, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player during the investigation period will be voided regardless of the outcome of individual game rounds.
Account Registration & Security
Creating an account on 777jy requires you to submit accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. The information you provide forms the basis of your KYC profile and will be used to verify your identity, process your withdrawals, and authenticate your account in the event of a dispute or security incident. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify 777jy promptly of any change to your personal details by contacting support at [email protected].
Registration Requirements
The following information is required to complete 777jy registration:
- Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
- Date of birth (confirming you are 18 years of age or older)
- A valid, unique email address that you own and control
- A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh
- A chosen username and a strong, unique password for your account
- Your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card details)
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 777jy account credentials. 777jy recommends the following practices to protect your account:
- Use a password of at least 12 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances. 777jy support staff will never ask for your password.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings for an additional layer of protection.
- Log out of your 777jy account on any shared or public device immediately after your session ends.
- Notify 777jy support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
777jy accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses arising from shared credentials, phishing, or the use of public devices.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 777jy. If 777jy identifies that a single individual holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — all duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately. Balances in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture and any bonuses received across multiple accounts may be clawed back in their entirety.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on 777jy are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 777jy supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your account verification status and the transaction limits associated with each method.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
- Deposits via Visa or Mastercard are subject to a minimum of ৳500 per transaction.
- All deposit methods supported by 777jy process funds in real time or within a maximum of five minutes under normal network conditions.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from an account registered in another person's name — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
- 777jy does not charge deposit transaction fees. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own standard service charges, which are beyond 777jy's control.
- 777jy reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit transaction as part of its KYC or anti-money-laundering procedures.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with 777jy's anti-money-laundering policy.
- Processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad — typically within 30 minutes to 3 hours; Rocket and Upay — typically within 1 to 6 hours; Visa and Mastercard — 1 to 5 business days depending on your issuing bank.
- 777jy may place a withdrawal on hold pending identity verification. During a KYC review, you may be asked to submit a copy of your national identity card and a recent statement from your bKash or Nagad account confirming ownership.
- Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods — including BPL final matches and major T20 international events — may experience slightly longer processing times. 777jy aims to communicate any delays proactively via the account notification system.
- 777jy reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to a Player's account balance if the verification documents provided are found to be incomplete, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the registration information on file.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
777jy offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin awards, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which supplement and are subject to the general bonus policy set out in this section.
General Bonus Conditions
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
- Eligible Games: Wagering requirements must be met by playing eligible games as specified in the individual promotion. In most cases, certain game types — including live casino tables, certain jackpot slots, and sportsbook bets placed at odds below a stated minimum — contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward wagering requirements.
- Expiry Period: Bonus funds that are not used and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated bonus validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of award) will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms, Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
- Abuse and Fraud: Any Player found to be abusing the 777jy bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, or collusion with other players — will have their bonus voided, their account suspended, and any related winnings forfeited.
- Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated by a bonus is capped at a multiplier of the original bonus value. The specific cap applicable to each bonus is stated in its promotion terms.
777jy reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event that a promotion is withdrawn before a Player has completed the associated wagering requirements, 777jy will make a reasonable determination on a case-by-case basis as to whether any portion of the bonus value should be retained by the Player.
Players who have opted into 777jy's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session limits, or cool-off periods — may be temporarily ineligible for certain bonus promotions during the period in which those restrictions are active. This is intended to support responsible gaming behaviour and is not intended as a penalty.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of maintaining an active 777jy account, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions at all times. The following types of conduct are strictly prohibited on the 777jy platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and — where applicable — reporting to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Strictly Prohibited Activities
- Registering on behalf of, or making deposits for, any third party, including a spouse, family member, or business associate.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any subsequent KYC verification request.
- Using any software, bot, algorithm, script, or artificial intelligence tool to automate gameplay, place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain any unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to influence game outcomes on live dealer tables or any other multiplayer game format available on 777jy.
- Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the 777jy sportsbook or casino to place bets at incorrect odds or gain winnings to which you would not otherwise be entitled.
- Attempting to launder money or use 777jy for any purpose connected to financial crime, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
- Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to mask your true geographic location or circumvent access restrictions applicable in your jurisdiction.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777jy customer support staff or other players on any platform-associated communication channel.
- Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction through your payment provider without first raising the matter with 777jy support. Any chargeback initiated by a Player will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
777jy monitors all player activity across its platform using automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any account flagged for potential prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. 777jy will notify the affected Player via email where it is lawful and appropriate to do so, but is not obligated to disclose the specific details of any ongoing investigation to the account holder.
Account Suspension & Closure
777jy may suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion if it determines that a Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in any prohibited conduct, or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of any game or betting market offered on 777jy.
Voluntary Account Closure
Any Player may request the closure of their 777jy account at any time by contacting customer support via the 24/7 live chat service or by emailing [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary closure, 777jy will verify your identity, process any pending withdrawals of cleared real-money balance (subject to KYC completion), and void any active bonus funds. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours of identity verification being completed.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion from 777jy. Self-exclusion is available for the following minimum periods: 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation and are irreversible for the chosen duration. During the self-exclusion period:
- Your account will be locked and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or wager.
- Any real-money balance in your account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is completed.
- All active bonus funds will be voided immediately upon self-exclusion.
- 777jy will use reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from being sent to you during the self-exclusion period.
Closure Due to Breach
If 777jy closes a Player's account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will be immediately forfeited. The Player's real-money balance — if not connected to any fraudulent activity — may be returned at 777jy's discretion after a full investigation is completed. 777jy is not required to state reasons for closure where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777jy's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
777jy shall not be liable for any of the following:
- Any loss of profits, loss of earnings, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from the use of or inability to use the 777jy platform, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable.
- Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by circumstances outside 777jy's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, third-party server failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.
- Any loss resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, as described in Section 3 of these Terms & Conditions.
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard, where such delays are attributable to the payment provider rather than 777jy.
- Any decision made by a Player to wager real-money funds on any game or betting market available on the platform. All wagering decisions are made entirely at the Player's own risk.
777jy makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of any sportsbook odds displayed, or the outcome of any game round. All casino games are powered by certified Random Number Generator technology from independent game studios, and 777jy does not manipulate or control game outcomes in any way.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 777jy's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
